    Difference between SJG & SJS

    What are the differences between the SJG and SJS. all I can see is the gold has the handle but no heat shield but the silver has the heat shield which I think is necessary. Can you get a gold with the heat shield because I like the handle as well.If not than the silver is way to go IMHO.

    I am going to try out my WSM tomorrow, just recieved it on wednesday. I am doing 4 racks of BB,s and a beer can chicken.It is going to rain but can't let the weather dictate.I hope they turn out close to some i,ve seen on here. Any advice would be appriciated. Awesome site Thanks Andy
