new to me OTG

I want to pull the trigger on a OTG for the trailor at the lake. A friend of mine got one because he liked my performer. But after he got it he wanted tables and such so he bought a performer.He wants to sell me his OTG which he used twice a brand new cover and a chimney only used twice I got him to $140 and feel that is fair what do you all think.Remember this is Canada the home of high prices.

140 for a gold with cover fairly new would be a great grill at a great price have him take 10 more off for being your friend then have him out to the lake for a fish BBQ.
