I am about 2.5 hours in to a rib and chicken cook the temp is holding 225 on the weber thermometer so I assume around 240 at the grate. I don't have another thermometer so am relying on the one in cover.
I just but the chicken on and hipefully in another 2.5 hours we will have supper. This unit is truly amazing as it is holding temp like a champ and it is cold and snowing. Very impressed so far I hope to use this unit a lot.Thanks for all the help and I will let you know how it all turns out
