    Freezeing Leftovers

    I vacuum pack and freeze all the time. Just wrapping the food up or placing it in a freezer bag does not work. The food will dry out. Vac Packing is the way to go. I also buy bulk meat, fish, and chicken and I will freeze it in meal sizes ready to cook. Keith

    Shucked Oyster in Liquor Help

    The only way to eat an Oyster is to have it fresh and Shucked in front of you and down it immediately. Very sorry to say they will not be fresh personally toss them out it could be a lot safer that way. Oysters can be very touchy if not very fresh. $1.50 not worth the risk. Keith:):)

    Weber Q Recipe required Pork Belly ribs
