Weber Q Recipe required Pork Belly ribs

I am on the look out for a suitable recipe and method to use for a 2kg+ Pork Belly ribs.

It will be cut/prepared by the Butcher to the Weber Trivet size.

I can cook it either in a Foil tray or on the Trivet.

I have not bought it yet.
