    I have a wsm 22.5 and a wsm 18.5 . I am getting a second 22.5 in a couple weeks . I am also going to get the wifi stoker . My question is this , what size fan would I need for the 18.5 and 22.5 .     Friday to Saturdays Cook

    Tonight I am going to start 2 fresh pork shoulders on the 22 wsm , and tomorrow I will throw on 2 racks of BB ribs , moink balls . Sides will be my Peach Beans , and slaw . Pics to come in the morning . Jeff

    Gasket installation ?

    I made a 50/50 mix of white vinegar , to clean the surface of the top mid section , and that worked just dandy , it says in instructions to use acetone also . Is there something else that can be used instead of acetone to do the final cleaning step . Jeff

    I threw on two 6 pound Pork Butts on the 22 wsm at 1:30 am , and at 10:30 am I threw on two racks of BBRs . The first butt was pulled and wrapped in foil for the neybahs . Also going to throw on a few ABTs .

    WMS 22.5 Full load Charcoal question

    This is for people that use Kingsford B in the 22.5 , I am wondering how long some of you can run on a full basket of coal on the 22.5 wsm . Also does the upgrade for the coal ring make that much of a diffrence in run time . Jeff

    My First Smoker

    When I first started smoking I had an ECB , used that for two weekends , then decided to make my own . This was my take on my creation . Sorry if I posted this in wrong place . The intakes were cut down just below the lid and the exhaust was cut down to about 8".

    First whole briskie on the 22.5 wsm

    I decided to do a brisket today on the wsm 22.5 . I`ve done whole briskets before but this will be a first time try on the wsm . Below is a pic of the brisk ready to be put on the wsm . Will post more pics later on the outcome , hopefully it turns out ok .

    Well stopped at the local store on way home today and picked up some boneless chicken breasts and a pork roast today after work chicken is off and wrapped in foil and pork shoulder is still cookn away . Pictures to follow shortly . :wsm:

    I did a first cook on the 18.5 and everything was hunky dory . After the cook I let the coals die by closing all vents . When it was cooled down I wiped the racks clean , , emptied the unused coals and ash in the bottom . Wiped the bottom clean etc etc . Now the vents are very hard to open and...

    I just got my 18.5 wsm yesterday , and put it together early this morning . All parts were packaged except one of the small washers ( non meteal one ) the one that goes against the cooking chamber . Does anyone know what it is made of , I need to see if I can get one at local hardware store ...
