Tonight I am going to start 2 fresh pork shoulders on the 22 wsm , and tomorrow I will throw on 2 racks of BB ribs , moink balls . Sides will be my Peach Beans , and slaw . Pics to come in the morning .

This is 8 hrs or so into the cook , the 22 wsm is running a lot better with the gasket I put on the top mid section for the lid and around the door , held temp all night at 225 F - 230 F .

Ok , where I am at now . Got the ribs trimmed and dusted and on the 22 wsm , peach beans are ready to go on later . The shoulders should be pulled in about an hr . I will prep the moinks now . Final pics of all later today . Have a great day of smoking all .
