First whole briskie on the 22.5 wsm

I decided to do a brisket today on the wsm 22.5 . I`ve done whole briskets before but this will be a first time try on the wsm . Below is a pic of the brisk ready to be put on the wsm . Will post more pics later on the outcome , hopefully it turns out ok .

3-1/2 hrs into the cook , and she`s looking good , the 22 is holding a steady temp of about 235F . Here`s a sneak peak .

I just got some of that while grocery shopping last weekend! Planning on using it tomorrow on some chicken.
 
Here`s the finished results , moist , tender , and good taste . The rest of it is resting gettn ready to bag it up .
