I'll probably watch the first half. Rooting for the Bengals.
Not cooking. A brewery near us is running a special. A pizza or 12 wings and a 4 pack for $25. They have tasty pizza and wings and their beer is dang good!
My wife will be watching and I’ll glance at it but don’t really care. It all apps for us—bacon maple smokies, bacon wrapped meatballs, deviled eggs, shrimp cocktail, cream cheese stuffed celery and mini carrots.
It's the only football game we watch all year. Traditionallly, Subway subs and cheese dip on the menu. Not rooting for either team, just want to see a good, close game. I've been known to switch sides in the middle of the game! I'm ready for some football!!
I'm not much of a sports fan but was born and raised in Cincinnati (and still live just 50 miles away from the stadium). So I am very excited to watch the game with some St Louis ribs, chicken wings, and Li'l Smokies in sauce.
Only watching to see the commercials, could care less who wins. Homemade pizza the ticket for us.
On Monday don't ask me who the teams were as I probably couldn't tell you.
Love me some football. Backing the Rams because of my bro Von Miller. Hope that he gets a 2nd Superbowl win. But if the Bengals could pull it off I wouldn't be sad. I do think Aaron Donald & Von Miller will be the deciding factor to the game. So.. gonna need some grilled wings simmered in BBQ sauce for a few hours to piece on during the game, homemade tortilla chips with salsa & guac. Then late in the game a nice big bowl of chili that the wife made yesterday. So wings & chili.
Go Von!!!
By the way anyone want to throw in with me the Broncos are for sale? We'll need just a few investors. Est price just 4 Billion....LOL pony up
Grilled Italian sausages with peppers, onions and optional cheese on ciabatta rolls. Some shrimp cocktail and maybe a fresh Caesar salad. That Caesar dressing will be part of this weeks dinners served along with some grilled chicken this week.
because the Green Bay Packers led by the egotistical Ahole rodgers got kicked in the doopa weeks ago and deservingly so, i recorded The WM Phoenix Open yesterday and recording the final round today... so, i'll be watching Phoenix Golf ALL DAY and into TONIGHT. no football in this house today. but i hope the Cincinnati Bengals win with a very good game played by former Lion Matt Stafford.
We'll have the game on. Since it's just 2 of us I have a 3 lb. butt in the WSM right now and will grill some mild (for her) and spicy (for me) wings later. Pasta salad on the side. I have to work at 7 tomorrow, though, so it might be milk instead of beer.
Bengals' o-line is mediocre on a good day, so I won't be surprised if Joe Burrow's very familiar with the SoFi Stadium roof architecture by the end of the game.
Kelly and I are doing chili cheese burgers and onion rings. Have some queso going on in the crock pot.
Son lives three doors down and is making smoked queso, wings and pizzas on his Webers.
I’ll be watching, but no cooking. Grandson’s 16th birthday and his parents are handling dinner. Just need to be done by 6:30 EST. I’ll be home by then rooting on the numbers from my squares to hit. Being in Detroit area, sentimental favorite is LA because of Stafford. Unfortunately for him, I think that the Bengals just have a destiny this year.
I've been out running around on a fact finding mission (okay, a couple of fact finding missions.....) Raising Cane is a regional chicken fingers fast food restaurant. I noticed at least one today has on their marquee that they're closing 30 minutes after kickoff.
As far as us, no NFL here. Watching selected Olympics features while feasting on grilled filet mignon and lobster tails (call it a slightly early VD.)
