Rosemary Lemon Country-Style Ribs and Steak Fries with Rosemary Lemon Aioli

I don't post photos of cooks that much anymore but this is one that deserves acknowledgement. Once again, Jamie if you are monitoring -- these are awesome recipes. Folks, I highly recommend these.

I used this recipe for the Country-Style Ribs and butter and this recipe for the Steak Fries and Aioli

Marinated pork top right, Butter bottom right, Steak Fries top left, Aioli bottom left:

Cooked over Publix Greenwise Lump and served with homebrewed American Amber Ale from Brewing Classic Styles.

Good to see you posting Dwain. In addition to missing your great cooks, I've really missed your home brews. Agree with you completely on Jamie's recipes and information he provides. This cook is outstanding. Those CSR's and steak fries look way to good for this early in the morning.
 
Nice to see you post one up, Dwain, and it's a good one, too! Amber Ale sounds like the perfect accompaniment to that meal......makes me want to dust off my brew rig, and get a batch fermenting!

Dwain, I don't know who this Rosemary Lemon is but it looks like she brought some really good food to your house. Better not let Mrs. Dwain find out about her.;)
