I picked these awesome ribeyes from the butcher.

I seasoned them with kosher salt and this rub.

On the kettle with the sear grate using Royal Oak charcoal I got during the sale.

After the cook.

Plated.

A nice bite!

These turned out great! Definitely a nice treat.
