I am thinking Flap Meat Steak dinner on Saturday. Burgers, some simple Chris smoked chicken breast, and my first ever attempt at Pork Belly Burnt Ends (along with some beans, pasta salad, and foiled potatoes) for the big family backyard BBQ on Sunday.
