Getting old sucks.
Last year it was high blood pressure (now controlled) and an ulcer (now gone).
Currently it's A-fib.
A couple days last week my resting heart rate was 145, as of Monday a readout from my pacemaker showed that my heart was out of rhythm and had been for 5 days, still might be as far as I know.
I was put on the blood thinner Pradaxa and that kicked my butt with awful indigestion.
Bacon and eggs were the only thing that didn't bother me, carbs were really bad, I'm adjusting somewhat now.
Enough about me and my aches and pains.
This cook was last Sunday, here's the set up:
Thighs breaded and given a light spray of oil:
The 1999 MT was getting darker red as the heat climbed:
Done in 30 minutes:
Tomato for some color on the spud:
Nice and crispy, we both loved them.
