Thursday was my birthday and Barb and I celebrated with a couple of nice gin martinis and a couple of nice Costco ribeye’s with fresh first of the season corn.
Seasoned the steaks with SPOG. Cooked the steaks indirect to 120* then a one minute sear on both sides. Barb put softened butter with minced garlic on the corn.
Steaks and corn were excellent.
