I should call this the Bob Correll post. Really loved the looks of the Wicker's Chicken Bob did recently. Found his recipe clone for the Wickers marinade and took a crack in it. Also in a recent post of Bob's I loved the idea of doing potatoes, foiled and placed directly on the coals. Decided to do that too. The veggie is kind of weird. I grazed through the produce section of our market looking for some idea of something I haven"t done before. Spotted some nice looking radishes and thought why not. Yep, grilled radishes. Here goes. Thanks for the great ideas Bob!
Wanted bone in, skin on, chicken thighs. These were all Safeway had to offer.

Followed Bob's recipe exactly only doubled it.

Placed thighs in a 2 gallon zip lock and marinated for around 4 hours. Would have liked to go a little longer but ran out of time.

Here goes with the radishes.

In foil with chopped garlic, butter and salt and pepper.

Threw the spuds on next.

After the potatoes had been on for about a half hour I threw on the radishes.

Thighs ready for grill.
