Smoked Burgers with onion bun and spicy mayo

Decided that tonight was a burger night... My wife had a re-creation request from a local restaurant, I accepted the challenge. I have done this before, just inside in the oven :rolleyes: ... Smoking them turned out to be a huge hit!

Burgers:
  • 80/20 Ground Chuck
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Onion
  • Jalapeno
  • W-Sauce
  • Black Pepper

Buns
  • Fresh baked Onion Buns
  • Jalapeno Jack cheese

Spicy Mayo
  • Mayo
  • Sriracha
  • Garlic
  • Black Pepper
