Decided that tonight was a burger night... My wife had a re-creation request from a local restaurant, I accepted the challenge. I have done this before, just inside in the oven
... Smoking them turned out to be a huge hit!

Spicy Mayo

Warming up the cooker (First run with my heatermeter @ 230*F)
Off the smoker after ~90 minutes (160* F) - ready for resting period
Buns ready to go (~10 minutes on the grill)
