Sausage is home-made and just for the idea of ingredients in sausage?
1 kg pork shoulder / pork belly (70/30)
20 g salt
4 g ground pepper
4 g caraway
15 g ground sweet peppers
2 g ground hot peppers
20 g garlic
3 g sugar
100 ml ice water

...always putting on the good stuff - Mildo, those sausages look great!!...From what I understand, Kralupy nad Vltavou has a popluation of around 18,000; you always seem to have enough food to feed at least half of them!
