My lame steak

I don't know why I'm even posting this, as there's no way it can compete with Rich's monster porterhouse.;)

Salted 2 days ahead of time and flipped every morning.

Grilled indirect and finished with a reverse sear.

When my wife wasn't looking I ate all the fat, too. But that was OK because I finished my asparagus and mushrooms first.;)

Doesn't look lame to me at all Brad, looks delicious.
Beef steak fat, and crispy fat on a pan fried, bone-in, pork chop is pure eating heaven, IMO.

Looks darned fine to me Brad. That mushroom asparagus dish looks delicious also. I've been known to eat the fat on prime rib!

Ain't nothing lame about that steak, Brad! ....and, portion-wise, I bet you got more than I did out of mine! :) You have to keep that fat.....for those parts of the steak that don't have any. Spread the love around!

Nice work, sir!

If that's your lame cook I can't wait to see one of your great cooks. Nicely done Brad.
