I don't know why I'm even posting this, as there's no way it can compete with Rich's monster porterhouse.
Salted 2 days ahead of time and flipped every morning.
Grilled indirect and finished with a reverse sear.
When my wife wasn't looking I ate all the fat, too. But that was OK because I finished my asparagus and mushrooms first.
