done this many times before, only posting cuz it seems like an ice age ago since i have

about ¾lb each of beef and seasoned pork

real Wisconsin cheese

real Lampe bacon (lots of it) ((hard to photo with porky & beefy sticky hands))
i added the bacon as i rolled the meat

seasoned the thing with Oakridge BBQ Santa Maria Rub

indirect until it reached 150ºF

served with sauteéd onions with green beans and pan fried fingerlings

everything was delicious and it's still fun to post photos of grilling successes
