Here's some things I've made lately, but no plated pics.
Redhead rehab for my son is finished:

I had to cook a couple of strips on it before giving it up:

Thanks for viewing, and Happy Spring!

Awesome job on that grill Bob, the thing looks brand new!!! Your cooking ain't too shabbly looking at all either, Well done all around, another 5 star post!!!

Yeah, I would have followed that truck to get the story! On second thought, I'd like to get the story from you Bob, over one (or more) of those meals.

I want the red head gasser! I have been trolling my local craigslist like a hawk! The wood work looks great.

Thanks for catching us up Bob...great work on that gasser(actually I would love to have one just like that...not crazy about the big SS ones now)

Strippers look good!!

Ribs...yep yum

Ok what's tbe connection between hot cakes and green beans??

Whatever...breakfast looks good too!! Nice job buddy!!

You did great on that redhead Bob, your son is going to get many great years of grilling on that. Some great cooks too, love the ribs.
Question, the grill you're cooking the pancakes on I can see part of the name but not all of it, it looks exactly what I'm looking for. Could you let me know the name of it.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone!

Morgan, the 'cakes' were a Jiffy cornbread mix using the box recipe for corn pancakes.
I had cooked a batch of fresh green beans with new potatoes and wanted something different than the usual CI cornbread.

Rich,
It's a Little griddle Euro-Q Jr.
Here's an amazon link:

Here's another pic.
It's fairly small, there are larger versions.

Food looks delicious, Bob. Thanks for telling us that was a new grate. I was thinking you just clean it that well, and you were making me feel like a dirtball for showing my grate the way it looks. ;)

add any touch-up RED paint to that redhead, Bob?

Flapjacks look GOOD and I ain't no flapjack eeter...
but I'd like to help myself to some of those ribs and those beautiful breaded thighs! ;)

you're a good poop Bob Correll, and I've been telling folks that since 2009 :p
