Here's some things I've made lately, but no plated pics.
Redhead rehab for my son is finished:

I had to cook a couple of strips on it before giving it up:

Headed home:

Griddled some cornbread pancakes for a batch of fresh green beans:

Ate some of the extras for breakfast:

Yesterday a slab of baby backs with apple wood smoke:

Breaking in a new grate.
Mopped with AJ and cider vinegar:

We had corn and potato salad sides.

Tonight's boneless skinless breaded thighs.

Question, the grill you're cooking the pancakes on I can see part of the name but not all of it, it looks exactly what I'm looking for. Could you let me know the name of it.

Morgan, the 'cakes' were a Jiffy cornbread mix using the box recipe for corn pancakes.
I had cooked a batch of fresh green beans with new potatoes and wanted something different than the usual CI cornbread.
