Saw this recipe for Brats and just had to give it a try. I wasn't disappointed. Teamed them up with parmesan potato wedges and a few abt's.
The day before my cook my son had us over for dinner. My contribution was this bread. Best loaf I've done so far.

My injector wouldn't handle the cheese so I got this from Grill Beast.

Here are the ingredients for the Beer Cheese. Recipe called for a hot German mustard which I couldn't find so I substituted some Jalapeno Mustard. The cheese is Gruyere.

Got the cheese melting in the beer using my small DO on my Smokey.

A couple dashes of Worcestershire Sauce.

Added the remaining ingredients and let simmer until creamy.

Used Johnsonville Originals.

All injected. Used most of the beer cheese. You can see the injected cheese in a couple of the brats.

Threw a few ABT's on the grill, some pecan for a little smoke.
