cut kinda like spiral dogs, toss 'em in a bag with EVOO and some Kingsford Garlic & Herb Tucson Seasoning
then on the grill with some baby back ribs...

after an hour at 400ºF, the ribs were wrapped in foil and reintroduced to the heat for another hour

plated with the taters and roasted zucchini...

never tired of these procedure, moist tasty eet.gif ribs every flippin' time!

thanks everyone! High heat baby backs are awesome... been doing them for years now, and many here have followed suit.
don't be afraid, try them once. I know you will love them too. I'll post a link to the first time i did them and it contains more instructions...

Yes, 400 or higher the entire cook.

Happen to find this post. Was going to use your 2nd attempt. Looks like you go longer now. Do you still put over coals at finish?
Funny you should ask
Yes, longer now if needed, if your cocktail isn’t gone OR you need a refill, the extra 30 minutes will not kill them
And
No, no need to place over the heat.
but, go with what you think… it’s food. No one gets hurt, just full
