Jim, it was MONDAY! a little “early week“ simplicity is not unreasonable! Besides, those were probably better than the chicken thighs I did last night. Something was just “off” about them, maybe I just didn’t really want them, I don’t know but, a good hotdog would have been better!

Haven’t been keeping up with yawl this winter…
The sides of the pigvilion got destroyed mid December in the wind and zero degree temps… tough cooking/smoking outside in the strong winter winds…
No excuses just plain ol’ laziness
