I was doing a spice cabinet inventory and found a partial container of “Borsari” pepper seasoning and decided it was just enough to rub the rack.so, what's on the rack? that does indeed look amazing. quite the feast you made there.

Yep! I probably had about 1/4 or less of the jar left. I served it with a fig, walnut, brandy sauce.
The cover is t really that hard to install but,it was cold and wet. Don’t know how spinning would have improved it! I did get another one while I was at Costco this morning so, maybe next time.Looks great Timothy... I get the I didn‘t feel like uncovering the rotisserie rig.
