Tried this sauce from Weber for the first time, love it does not have any high fructose corn syrup in it. The taste and heat were very good but got much better when I cut it some with Apple Cider Vinegar.
Chicken thighs ready, pulled back the skin just enough to fill in underneath with the cut Webers sauce. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so.
Pulled to come to room temp, dressed with EVOO in the pan and Weber's Kickin Chicken.
Seared first on the OTG, there is always that one that gets ya. Lotta flare up with the chix fat and EVOO
Ten minutes or so before done coated them top and bottom with more of the Weber's sauce, again cut. Now done getting pulled at 165-170
Made some nice French Country Bread for this weekend. An experiment with depth of cutting with the razor shows how it affects the oven spring. The front loaf cut deeper.
Nice salad, Barbecued Chix, fresh Artisan Bread and a good white wine. Loved it.
Have a great weekend
