USDA Prime tri-tips on Summit Charcoal using Weber Charcoal!

A couple of USDA Prime tri-tips from Safeway, seasoned with Susie-Q Santa Maria rub, and grilled on the Summit charcoal grill using Weber charcoal! Cooked indirect then reverse seared at the end. Nice color and flavor!

Looking forward to leftover tri-tip sammies tomorrow!
