We have a Publix that moved in a few years back and it seems they are listening to popular trends. For the first time since they opened they had Tri-Tip so I scooped up a small one for Sat night dinner. I cooked and served it very simply with SPOG and the au jus along side some roasted corn and garden tomatoes. It was wonderful.
