I get this many times. People have a KitchenAid, it starts doing a little something (usually very simple for someone like me), they think they'll save the $$$ then I get a box with parts begging me to put it back together. Or they put everything in wrong, manage to get it running and completely destroy the gear housing. They end up buying a brand new one and sell the other for parts. When for usually FAR less than $100 it would have been better than new and guaranteed :D Love YouTube
