Sriracha Marinated Chicken & Veggies

Thanks to ChrisB for sharing this recipe. It sounded good so I gave it a try. Glad I did.

I only used 2 tbs of Sriracha, it was the right amount for the wife and kiddo. It gave it some flavor, but not much heat.

The ingredients.


Marinated the chicken breasts for 4 hours.


Cauliflower and asparagus, kept it simple, EVOO and S&P.


Everybody is at the party.


Resting.


And plated.


This is a very tasty marinate. I think it would work well on shrimp too. Thanks for looking.:cool:

must say.... that food deserves better than a paper plate & you need to scrape the inside of the lid of your performer. :cool:
 
I've never done asparagus like that. Tied for not to snake out, I'll try.
The marinated looks good also, maybe next week...
