 It IS really nice for enriched breads, really stiff doughs, etc.  I still enjoy getting my hands into a batch of dough and really feeling how it changes through the process.

That's a very nice looking loaf of sandwich bread. You're off to a great start. If you decide to dip your toe into the sourdough/naturally leavened side of things, let me know. I can share some of my starter, and favorite sites (thefreshloaf.com is the best!)

PS: I got some pasta cutter attachments for my Atlas 150, a hot plate/burner to use in my smoker for lower temp smoking (sausage, cheese) and some other misc culinary stuff.)
