...and two bags of B&B Charcoal!

She's dropping spring and summer hints already. LOL

But geez...she did too much.

That Backwoods Bastard is a great beer. Got some of that and the KBS Espresso/chocolate in the beer fridge. Probably the KBS will be our nightcap. Unfortunately, the only Stone we see around here are the classics.

Sad to say not Weber, but we did get a new Wok that came with a bunch of utensils that are nice and big and can be used on our Weber. Yes, you guessed it. I will be working on the Wok binder and probably bothering you with some good recipes. lol

Wife got me suspenders, she’s tired of seeing me pull my pants up every time I turn around, bend over, pick up something or tie my shoes! I have a really nice new BIG mortar and pestle, nice decanter and glasses, Glenlivet, very cool new watch. More cool stuff than I could have wished for! It was a glorious pile of loot! I live in a chinese house. Or more accurately, a house full of chinese cooks. My greatest fear is being used as cheap protein.
I will try to put together some basic tips. But my chinese is worse than open pit bbq chicken

I found that the secret to good “wok work” is proper MIS EN PLACE! A handful of small bowls makes it all go so much easier.
