Here we go in my mini backyard.. Ribs cook 2-1-1
Ribs 2 hours in.
Foiled and back on,fingerling spuds added.
Ribs Sauced up and one hour to go.
Next da chicken.
Since you move the lid on the weber not the chicken when your cooking with the vortex, i added Ro Tel Mild diced tomatoes & green chilies with a slotted spoon
and it was a hit.
Your plate..
