Dusted off the 18" for this cook.

The Weber coal worked very well, locked in rock steady at 260 for 10 hours and was still going strong.
No ash build up problems at all, and I'd guess the ash total was about half that of Kbb.
Not that I'll pop for another $20 bag though.

John, she planned to get the pulled pork from Bandana's too, we do really like it, but when I saw the price was $14/lb I said no way! I'll make it.
Butts were on sale for $1.50/lb and I had nothing else to do the day before my party besides take an after lunch nap.
