Evening folks..I know I have been neglecting my posts..sorry things have been hectic..still using the grills..need to take more pics I suppose..tonight was a simple Tri tip dinner..tossed a 3lb Tri tip on the performer with some salted& oiled taters..little apple smoke for flavor!

Little bit later..

Enjoyed a couple ice cold brews..

Took a shot of our low lying clouds over the mountain!

Quick sear!

Added some Gus

Nice platter of goodies!

And a plated shot for ya all!!

Sorry pretty boring...but really hit the spot I'll tell ya!!

Thanks for looking folks!! Take care...oh and leave ya all with this great pic!

Good nite!

Oh My, Morgan grilled a whole tri tip roast for a change, not cut into steaks! :p
And he nailed it!! (no surprises there!)

Had to send the Life Hacks for Dogs to Jo at work.
It's a dog thing, cats wouldn't understand.:)

Nice job, Morgan. Looks delicious! Like the mountain picture. Like the Doggie picture too. What optimism! Reminds me of a story I heard years ago just before Christmas. A little boy was cruelly given a box of horse bleep, wrapped up under the tree. He got all excited over his "present". His parents couldn't understand and he boldly stated "with all this horse bleep, there's bound to be a pony for me somewhere around here!"

Looks great! I've never cooked on of those yet but will soon. Saw them at the store for the first time this week packed in cryovacs. Should have bought one!
