NY Mets Pork Chops

First time I only cooked to 145 degrees, my bride insists that's the right temp (I would have taken them to 165)

Excellent PC's very tender very moist (and pink, yikes)

I only ate one, just in case my bride is trying to off me

The USDA recommends 145F, which is still a little high.

Modern pork is pretty clean...She's not trying to kill you.

That was a tough break for the Cubs. I had to stay with the Mets, after all they "BAET LA" so they're my post-season team.

I apparently survived the 145 degree Chops
