First time I only cooked to 145 degrees, my bride insists that's the right temp (I would have taken them to 165)

Excellent PC's very tender very moist (and pink, yikes)

No offense Chuck, but I would rather eat a Vienna hot dog in Wrigley Field during the World Series. But after last night that looks rather doubtful.
Maybe I will have to grill up some "curse of the goat " chops.

That was a tough break for the Cubs. I had to stay with the Mets, after all they "BAET LA" so they're my post-season team.
