She was an amazing women and fought a hard battle till the end.
She caught the CV and beat that, but the constant in and out of nursing homes became too much for her.
She always wanted to come home, and be around her family and pets.
We felt the same and she came home on hospice and was able to grace us with her love for 11 days.
She was a big supporter of ASPCA and was known as the cat whisperer. She used to drive me nuts going into some pretty shady areas to rescue cats and dogs in my Dad's old LTD.
But that was what she liked to do, and how can you tell you Mother no? ( and trust me I tried )
I have peace now, because she is finally reunited with my Dad.
