I picked up Chris' 26'er, and I just couldn't wait to christen it! 
Here she is with the rest of the Weber family:
Fired up a chimney on the Performer, then moved it over to the new grill (wow those baskets look small in there!):
Seasoned up some skirt steak with salt, pepper and DP Fajita'ish:
Went hot/fast over direct heat a couple minutes per side (two pieces over the coals at a time):
Sliced it up, then served alongside some brown rice (not pictured):
The steak was tasty, though could have used a soak in a tenderizing marinade. The 26er was definitely overkill for this cook, but I wanted to get a feel for how it runs, and using the baskets for different set ups. It's going to work out great, and I can see it becoming a go-to next to my performer!
