Our son's marriage was Friday, so with all the things leading up to that, I've been taking a break from posting here.
This is what I call a reverse sear bscb cook from last week.
Brined, then applied Mrs Dash Table Blend.
Gave them a little apple smoke.
Our tree is up now.
I closed the bottom vents half way, used one basket of lump/briq mix, and kept the fat ends toward the fire.
Then seared like a steak.
They turned out very tender, juicy, and delicious.
We have an empty nest now, but our hearts are full.
