It’s Rib Eye Steak Time

Since Rich is working on the Weber Skyline I decided to do dinner.
One rib eye with SPOG to be cooked on the performer. Then I cut up some onion and mushrooms to be sautéed then added some Yoshida’s. The topping for my corn is sautéed panko crumbs cooked in melted butter with some garlic powder till brown.
Corn will be brushed with melted butter and EVOO and onto the performer.
Steak on performer getting a nice seer on the sewer cover grate. Corn ready to come off then will brush with some mayo and rolled in the garlic breadcrumbs. All plated with a green salad and it was great.

Barb, that's fantastic! The ribeye is spot-awn and those mushrooms... oh, my! The grilled corn is killer. Gotta try that.
 
Barb,as stated excellent cook, love the onions,and mushrooms topping, our big box store stopped carrying the Yosihads which is to bad as it is a great condiments, for many things.
 
Nice Ribeye and sides Barb! I'll be grilling a Ribeye tonight on the old kettle myself. They were on sale at Jewel today @ $5.59 a pound, bone in.

Yeah Mike the lady knows her way around all our grills and smokers, but her specialties are her killer sides. She is always tinkering with side dishes. She must have twenty different ways to do brussels sprouts same with grilled corn.
