I don’t post many cooks as you all have seen ribs, chicken, brisket, jalapeño poppers before. I do steal your recipes and say it’s from my Weber cooking Forum.

Well here I’m a posting something that turned out great. First time doing this so let’s go.

Marinated a good size Tri-tip in Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce for three days with a few onion slices and course black pepper.

Darn that looks good…. Ok I’ll finish up what I started yesterday. Here is the resting photo.
I seared the Tri-tip first on the hot side using a 2 zone fire on the SS performer and then set in on the cool side and probed it to an internal temp of 132°.

And now for the money shot. What a wonderful cut of meat a Tri-tip is when it gets cooked to your liking.

That looks really good! I’ll have to try those flavors for my next Tri-tip. I always do the Santa Maria style, this will be a nice change.
