First Cook with the New Griddle

Finally got a chance to try out my Christmas present. Just made a simple burger for the first run with some grilled onion and pepper jack cheese.
Going to take a little time to get the temps where I need them, but overall I really like it. Great flavor on the burgers.
Also ground up a pork picnic and made bulk Italian sausage, breakfast sausage and some sausage for Barb’s meatloaf. Then made some pepperoni.

Some fries and tots for the side

Shinny and new, not for long.

The finished burger on the griddle was super blurry so here's some plated pictures.

Some mighty fine burgers Rich. That griddle is very cool. What's your method to clean it? Get it real hot and drip (almost pour) water on it and scrape it with a spatula. That's how I clean my Comal

Exactly like you said Chuck, got some advice from my forum friends and that's what most said. Works very well also.
Looking forward to making breakfast on it. Just got to wait until the rains stop.

Great looking burgers Rich. I love my Kettle Griddle. Haven't used it enough since I got my Mojoe. Have to fix that. Anyway, tasty looking meal.

I see no-one is going hungry in Prescott Valley these days. Looks great.
(What the size is that griddle Rich?).
