Many thanks to Chris for helping us make this event even more fun!

Now we need YOU to sign up! It will be a great chance to meet people in person who you chat and read after. We should have plenty of good food and lots of conversation. Maybe even some demos and comparisons. Definitely a swap meet where it will be practical to buy old Weber parts without paying twice as much due to shipping costs.

We're happy to announce that Mike Lang, the author of the popular blog Another Pint Please, Weber "grillographer", and author of a new book coming out on May 11 titled One Beer Grilling: Fast, Easy, and Fresh Recipes for Great Grilled Meals You Can Make Before You Finish Your First Cold One, will be flying in from Ohio to attend our meet on June 19.

Mike is looking forward to meeting everyone in attendance and he'll also be photographing the event. This means the meet may get some exposure after the fact on his blog and maybe in some of Weber's social media. And of course, I'm sure Mike will be happy to answer any questions about his new book or beer and grilling.

Same here Mike. It will be nice to put some faces with the words for a change. And we will be excited to meet you and hear about your book. Very nice to offer to do the photography for the event as well.

We are definitely sorry you can't make this one, but this is only the first. We hope to have a date for 2022 well in advance so even more can attend next year.
 
There are Official First Annual TVWBB Upper Midwest Meet T-shirts available. Get your ordered so you have it for the meet and even if you are not able to attend, get one and wear it on June 19th in support of the event. Chris has discounted these T-shirts for us and they are very reasonably priced. Get your now so you have it well before June 19th. It takes a week to two weeks after you order it, to receive it. They print them as they are ordered. There are 11 colors available in sizes Small to 5XL.
