To me at least, enhanced chicken isn't much different than brining an un-enhanced one.

+1 on the cook...looks great, and I've never heard of "crash potatoes", but now I need a recipe.

Also, I'm a big fan of Aldi, especially their weekly meat specials every Wednesday. The downside is that a lot of the time, they only get a small amount of the specially-priced item and sell out quick. Their chicken is usually of good quality and even at regular prices, it's better than most of the competition (in my area at least).
 
Beautiful bird and dinner plate Bob! Makes me want to dust off my rotisserie and put it to work. Love the red kettle. Photos are "magazine worthy"!
