Aldi 95 cents per pound bird.
I'm okay with enhanced poultry as long as I know beforehand, but will pass on enhanced pork.
Set up the red 1999 MT with a chimney of lit lump, half on each side.
Nothing added except onion and garlic powder.
She pegged at 400° for the entire cook.
Done in one hour.
Plated with corn and crash potatoes.
I gave the breast meat a sprinkle of Weber Classic seasoning.
Very tender, moist, and tasty.
To me at least, enhanced chicken isn't much different than brining an un-enhanced one.
