Holy cow (pun intended), Russ! Those look awesome! So, I know that I can only eat one of the prime ones from Costco......can you put away a whole wagyu one? :)

Hmmm that is a showstopper there. I need to do them more often. 6.5 before wrapping or total cook time. Just superb looking.
 
Wow Fred Flintstone would have bee proud. Huge Bedrock ribs.
This one rib fed me & the war dept. Plenty left overs for today.

Tony, we wrapped the ribs @ 6 1/2 hours. They were back in the smoker wrapped for about a hour & half. Pulled them off & let rest for 30 mins while the wife finished the sides. They were guud.
 
Looks amazing Russ. If I ever got a smoke ring half that good I'd do Balki's Dance for Joy right around the grill. The bark looks great too.
