Cannelloni (from scratch)

My Italian wife of 34+ years is amazing. We decided Cannelloni would be good and she took it to the next level

Sausage

Sauce (slow simmered for long long time)

The fillings (onions, fresh spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese & parmesan cheese)

Fresh Cannelloni (it don't get any fresher than this)

Wrapped and readied

Bingo
