Bob, bro. All the pictures I shot with an aperture of f 3.5 - 4.5 and more. I did not use fifty lens. Shallow depth of field here was not a priority.
Thanks guys and girls. It was my first Brisket and I am looking now, where I buy another piece.

That is one magnificent looking sammich! I also would have guessed your DOF in a couple of those was a wider aperture than 3.5.
