Brisket (flat)

Mildo, you are much younger than I pictured. :p
Handsome young man, and a fine start to your cook!

Guess we can do a 2 man brisket throwdown since my half a packer just went on the WSM.
My money's on yours!

Nice, Bob!
I do not have to always be a winner. I really do not know how this turns out:confused:

Perfection on everything, as always, Mr Mildo!
Well done my brother!

Dang you, now I have to dig out my 85mm 1.4 to get anywhere near your shallow depth of field! :mad: :p

Bob, bro:). All the pictures I shot with an aperture of f 3.5 - 4.5 and more. I did not use fifty lens. Shallow depth of field here was not a priority.
Thanks guys and girls. It was my first Brisket and I am looking now, where I buy another piece.

Mildo;
You have ALL of our taste buds watering for a bite. GOOD JOB!! The presentation is excellent in every way, too!

Keep on smokin',

P.S. I LOVE your grill table, too! rdm

That is one magnificent looking sammich! I also would have guessed your DOF in a couple of those was a wider aperture than 3.5.
